You keep mentioning the DOE grant but the grant was for a cost share in the development and engineering phases.
Those phases are done (according to Klann)
Nowhere do I see any mention of a DOE LOAN or GRANT for construction costs
that is never done by grant anyway, it would be a DOE or DOA loan guarantee (if there was one in the works, and there isn't
the DOE simply put a stop to the endless dribble of expenses being charged to engineering, and changes to same (ie. adding the pellet production)
Bluefire may have a small backlog of expenses they can attempt to charge to the original grant if it was reinstated but it wouldn't be much IMO since they stopped cold when the gravy train ended
The DOE grant is a DEAD HORSE, let it rest
enjoy the bounce, it may have been the last (or possibly another day or two then downnnnnn again)
