Pass-thru divvy looks pretty likely here, which will triple if not quadruple PPS quickly IMO. This is the better buy right now for sure! Even if the ratio is 1 preferred rgbp for every hundred BMSN owned you're getting triple he amount here. And with BMSN's ownership of RGBP being the public value of this ticker, distributing the preferred shares for BMSN's ownership of Regen to BMSN shareholders would make the most sense.
