CT told Green this is everything, Green stated that they complied based on these remarks, and then Akerman showed evidence to the contrary which forced Green to now have to retract her previous assertions.

This will simply destroy any goodwill with the Judge. Akerman isn't going to stop until CT pays the piper, it's not solely about stopping any backpay CT is claiming she is entitled to, in my opinion, you go after the person with the deepest pockets, and at this point it seems to be CT. Interesting enough, the original complaint is against Tsai & Serbin, but we've barely heard anything about Serbin, I wonder what's going on from that angle.
