I just spoke with Shorai worker. She said workers don't know anything regarding to merger. I asked her; Will they be moving their headquarters? She responded with "I hope not since we just moved here and it is nice here. I don't want to move." She also said "we will know definitely in two days. I see some people coming from Neah from time to time to talk to the management."

What do you guys think? Can Neah pull this off in the last minute?
