I use to get Russell. What I don't get is who resets the price of metals? They are no longer controlled by the US government. Nixon let the metals float so free market is the place price is set. Only a nation which ties its currency to metal can change the value based in its currency.we have sot based in US$ but the price in China is not the same as the price in Canada
