Oil down over 4% now. If I am not mistaken oil markets close at 2:30PM EST. Now that it finalizes we should see a pop back maybe even close green. Seen it before so it's not impossible but these $2-$3 swings on a daily basis are killing me man!!!

BTW watch for the volume to increase after 2:30 PM...
