more problems for uspr. things not much better in Mexico as have been portrayed here. businesses, including Coca cola, shutting down operations in Mexico over security concerns...

so uspr has no money to drill, hasn't drilled in 4 years, can't prove what they have, and the country their concession is in has security issues.

drill, prove and sell may take a while.
