If they R/S now . . 1:100 would get it to .01
Ouch! 1:100 would devastate a lot of positions. IMO it's way to Early for a R/S and their fools if they try. If they wait until it gets to .0005 even, then a 1:20 split would be easier to handle and would be better for all of us, and it would still be able to re-enter in at .01
