They are working with both, DOD has 4 units now I believe and DHS was receiving 2 units for their testing or learning how to use them, hard to tell which one will break a story first, U.S. Army Edgewood Chemical Biological Center would be the DOD, DHS would use them as well, funding isn't the problem, being hush hush is, might not really get a full picture as to what is going on, when the stock shoots up will be the sign as something is happening, thought earlier this week was a start, but don't really know why it did, you can bet that some will know before any of us here, hope this helps and JMO
