'LARGE Tech giants like GOOGLE and MICROSOFT, made initial contacts, with one of them purportedly making a LOW BALL offer while MSI was weak and vulnerable, but was rejected!

Where is the proof for this? Sounds like something that penny pumpers would make up... If this offer was made, it would have to be disclosed via an 8K filing per Reg FD regulations

... and they wouldn't be signing 60% discount dilution deals, which are destroying the value of their stock. These deals are a sign of DESPERATION, not a product with buyout interest... Joe or another party would have stepped up and gave them $10,000,000 dollars right away, knowing that they could easily make it back with a buyout.... The stock wouldn't be trading at these levels

Those claims might fool some, but im not a sucker. I've been researching pennies for 20 years. I've seen all these claims before and if it sounds too good to be true....

Pre-orders are already piling in

How, if no one knows that it exists? Maybe some investors have pre ordered, but very few know about this product and the consumers that do, are probably skeptical. If it works as claimed, its going to take a ton of consumer education and lots of websites reviewing it to gain exposure and get people to put up hundreds of dollars.
