tmm was ordered to sue HP in that August 2014 hearing and after initial stalling they instead served HP with a subpoena for records supposedly to determine "which division" of HP to properly sue.

tmm continued to stall and ask for delays and in January of this year you can see in the court records where on the 5th they file for a hearing for another extension on the time to sue and on Jan 15 the hearing is held in which they get more time from the judge to serve the summons and complaint (lawsuit) on the Iterated successor called DOE corporation for now, which everyone knows is HP. There is no question about who they have been ordered to sue, everyone knows its HP and that will be the end for tmm!
