Here's the last quote mention by the court, from the August 2014 minutes

COURT FURTHER ORDERED, Discovery to be limited to the statute of limitations issue and whether the statute of limitations had run with a 90 day deadline to conduct Discovery. COURT NOTED any disputes would need to be addressed with the Discovery Commissioner. Mr. Krieger to prepare the Order and provide to opposing counsel prior to submission to the court.
