Shayne Heffernan doesn't directly control HEFFX as stated. The actual Officers and Directors of HEFFX are stated in the ibox. Shayne Heffernan is the Founder of the Heffernan Group of Companies which HEFFX is one of the companies. Sutida Suwunnavid, who also goes by the name Issaree Suwunnavid, is listed as President of HEFFX.

There is no lies or deciet involving Shayne Heffernan. Nor of the Heffernan Group of Companies, or HEFFX. The above stated caution instance was Shayne Heffernan using a legally accepted and registered alias in running a previous company. No legal action was ever taken by anyone against Mr. Heffernan or in relation to that now dissolved company.

BZTG currently legally trades on the pink sheets marketplace electronic board. BZTG trades with no information given (dark) on that board. There is nothing usual about this status. Many companies trade dark on pink sheets private electronic board.

Any assets being "stripped out," of any previous or current Heffernan company is conjecture at best and libel at worst. The caution statement even clarifies that these "assets" were never even documented. Thus this caution statement is stated false and inaccurately.

Yes research a company before investing in any listed company on any exchange including pink sheets. Referring to any legally traded company a scam, including BZTG/HEFFX indicates a general lack of experience or knowledge in trading companies on any legally run financial marketplace exchange in the U.S.
