Bought some MOC around $2.05. Fiscal Q3 numbers weren't good. But it's all about the Postal Service contract. MOC spiked up to $3.55 when they announced a huge 10 year, $250M contract from the US Postal Service. This contract was set to have a very positive effect on MOC's financials. But then a few weeks later, ABM (who currently has the contract) filed a protest. The Postal Service wants MOC to have the contract. MOC definitely wants to have the contract. So eventually the deal will get done (this is America right). Not sure if it'll take a few weeks or months, but when the $250M contract is resolved, MOC should jump to the mid-$2's or higher.
