PESI-- Cleverrox, the co. posted 20 cents EPS for continuing ops in Q3, but EPS overall was only 16 cents b/c of the one-time charge. CEO sounded very upbeat about Q4 possibilities in line with what they did in Q3, so if we conservatively say they post just 16 cents in continuing ops for Q4, and, say, only 12 cents for Q1 (we'll grant that they have a seasonally weak Q1), but then they post just 18 cents for Q2 (less than the 20 cents they did for continuing ops in Q3), that would still make for a trailing twelve-month EPS of 0.62 by the time they report Q2 results in August, just six months away.
And this would seem to be entirely reasonable and conservative, given the renewed spending by the govt after the shutdown in 2013 which affected new projects all the way into 2014.
