I think it makes Petey believe he is some kind of big shot. Guess he is proud he still knows the names of companies, too.

I really think that the Time Magazine article, in 2001, went to his head. How he talked them into that, I will never know. But, then again, his gift is, the art of con.

He knows he didn't do anything, he actually stole the idea of the disposal phone (Woman in NJ invented it).. but he was written up in a real magazine so now he thinks he is sum-body.

He wants those days back so desperately. That was in the beginning of the phone scam. So life was good, big money was being made. The on-line gambling scam had been outed around that time, I think.

Maybe it all happened around the same time.

There is too much "stuff" to keep up with concerning Petey and his "companies".
