From what I read on the forum, XOM is doing business in at least three countries:

Russia--as you said from the Mazut deal

Switzerland--where the BB IDEE BETEILIGUNGEN AG seller for the JV008/04 is from (typed name in Google to find)

China--Idira Xun Enterprises Limited
