Are you serious with this statement?

Last year I wrote to a few senators from Nebraska, Kansas and Oklahoma suggesting that a somewhat parallel pipeline with the Keystone coming from any one of the Great Lakes could help to refill the aquifer.



So if the pipeline carries oil and leaks into the aquifer it will destroy much of that for drinking purposes. So how does pumping more water into that fix it?
