This case is OVER!!.
The defendants losing their lead patent,
has sealed their fate in this case, once and for all!!.

Jury trial, okay that works for us shareholders, we know the direction of TMMI with the shareholders letter and more news coming shortly!!.
My guess the settlement conference is going on as we speak,and wraps up before the scheduled April date!!.

And now, what was once broadcast, as the plaintiffs having a EMPTY SHELL,now sits with the defendants!!.

Who really has the empty shell now?.
The defendants,THAT'S WHO!!.

They have ended up with a USELESS and WORTHLES patent ,unless they license the technology from TMMI!!.
OR they can start all-over again and wait another 5 years!!.
