UIL buyout by Iberdroza announced 2-26-15.

Price is $52.75; $10.50 is in cash; $42.25 in stock.
Deal to close by end of 2015 subject to regulatory approval

Price jumps from $42.33 to $51.99 on news.

My $1.73 annual dividend going away; but--$5,000 gain overnight and $8,500 long term gain (tax free in my IRA) will be great.

NOW, looking to maybe sell early (around $52.25 or better) and reinvest proceeds into VZ or T and increase annual dividend somewhat.
