Until VNDM decides that it is in the interest of everyone to move up and up this will remain a dead horse no question about it. The question is what is the motive to stay there?

Simple answer could be a debt holder is selling at $.0001 and doesn't need to move up, but why would they not want the price to move up? They may know something is going to happen the rest of don't know and it maybe in there best interest to try and sell all their shares now for whatever they can get.

All IMO of course...
