I thought a few years ago that we had decided that the shares were locked up at the time of the asset purchase. I think at that time there were 19 of us that were actually holding RMTD stock prior to the purchase...
The outstanding holders at that time will be part of the potential merger.
Is it possible that they locked out the rest of the shares and those who have bought after the asset purchase will not be included.
I have read that this type of action is possible, when doing a reverse merger. It will bring the as and os down considerably..
Is this your thinking still or do you think that they will RM into the share structure as is.. I think it is more viable that they will RM into a controlled share structure.
anyone have any thoughts..
