I would've included the link in the other post but since it didn't seem like there was anyone around to read it, I figuted it was a waste of time!

Also note another update in the link:

Of course, that is IF there IS a conference! Kinda hard to hold a conference when the defense refuses to show up! "Ex parte submissions"??? Does that mean she won't necessarily require everyone to be present to decide the case?
