Sad to say but it looks like the scenario involves siphoning off the remaining cash for G&A and legal fees, then "quietly" slipping away. In that sense I suppose silence is golden...at least for some. Leaves a mess, but at some point Tullow or another might pick up the concession. Sorry state of affairs in any case :(
