You helped me make up my mind. I read your post yesterday, it wasn't much after that, I read a post AD made about going to cash. My last big entry went over the 30 day mark and was sitting on a nice profit. I took a look at this chart and saw the slope 14 had crossed the slope 20, so I sold the equities in the 401k. I have about 22% in the PIMCO bond fund.
