My issue ...

Another attempt at same message as August 2013 shareholder meeting. 18 months later .... What is sum total raised for Wellmetris since ??? The answer to this is same as it was 18 months ago .... JV PARTNERSHIP WITH INDUSTRY PLAYER.

Nice to say no dilution to ZIVO shareholders but either way .... Whether via direct raise to Wellmetris or JV partner, someone else will own a % of Wellmetris and thus reduce any potential earnings attributable to ZIVO shareholders soooooo .......

Industry partner puts them right in the game and adds legitimacy out of the box. Be interesting to see if "ask" is still same too.
