So FBCD diluted the hell out of shareholders to invest in 2 lotion companies for a cost of $175,000. Thanks to the shareholders that funded this garbage plan. What happened to all the copper fit orders and sales? Was it all a lie to raise money for lotion??? What a joke this co. And Frank Russo are!
