On January 1, 2015 the Company entered into a Convertible Promissory Note with Direct Capital Group Inc. in the sum of $360,000. The promissory note is unsecured, bears interest at 8% per annum, and matures on July 1, 2015. Any principal amount not paid by the maturity date shall bear interest at a rate of 22%
