Considering that in 4Q, with the price much lower than now, they purchased about 4% of the traded shares, it's unlikely that in Q1 to date with about $4 million in trades, they bought half of it, I'd say no.

I suspect they announced the $5 million as a way to prop up the price and we'll see very little actually purchased when the next report is filed.
