Only thing that scares me is about
10 years ago I was in a company SOYO which made
computer monitors. They also were approached by Honeywell
which wanted to get in the then huge growing market of high def. TVs.
So Soyo was going to build them under the Honeywell name.
Sounded great until the added debt crushed them and within years had to file for chapter 7. Believe also lately something like that happened to GTAT working with Apple.
Though this does look like a much better run company but just hope they don't get straddled with too much debt.
