Just talked to BUZZY!!!!

First off, the O/S HAS NOT CHANGED SINCE IT WAS REPORTED AT THE LAST CONFERENCE CALL. SO, THERE IS NO DILUTION GOING ON.

Secondly, There is going to be some big news next week. The Formal Audit Report will be given to Buzzy, Friday Morning (Feb 27, 2015).

So, I am going to assume the Big News is the dividend announcement of Fern Hill Beverage shares. Which now means, if you are not a Share Holder of Record by March 1, you miss getting the spinoff shares, I am assuming.

So, for those that want spin off shares, time is running out real fast.
