Float 269,033,991 as of Feb 23rd.

95 million dumped in 5 days. 2 reverse splits in 6 months. 2 diluting mm's not letting it go past .0002. A/S count lowered with split then immediately raised to 5 billion. CEO takes a billion shares for himself. Wow, I certainly cannot understand this stock. Do they just want a no bid after 2 splits. I don't get it.
