In early April 2013, CTCI was selected by a panel of judges as a finalist for the 2013 Governor’s Impact Awards in the “Jobs First Award” category. This prestigious honor is awarded to those businesses that create job in their communities.

The Impact Award is a new awards program from the Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED) and Governor Tom Corbett. Job creation is a top priority for the Pennsylvania Governor. “Supporting Pennsylvania business and giving them the tools they need to succeed in creating new job opportunities is a priority of my administration,” Corbett has said.

Since opening in late 2008, the CTCI center has employed over 20 people and expanded from an 800 square foot office to over 6,000 square feet of functioning work space in Johnstown, PA.

“CTCI was established with the purpose of creating American jobs in the technology and healthcare sector to help limit the amount of jobs outsourced to foreign, overseas companies. The desire to keep jobs in America led the way to using a unique and innovative approach to attract international investment” (from the company website).

Two parties have discussed about the future cooperation opportunity and established mutual strategic partnership. Both sides will work hard to bring the most advanced healthcare philosophy to the audience in China and the US, making more and more people enjoy a healthy life.

CaerVision has expanded into Johnstown, PA.The new center will focus on customer service, growth and development. We anticipate this office will quickly evolve to enhance our services and we recently held a grand opening event in our new Johnstown office.


we hosted a delegation of Chinese business leaders to Maryland to explore potential business opportunities in the area. The group of 36 Chinese CEOs, all brought together by the Peking University HSBC Business School for the US trip, was received at the Glenview Mansion in the Rockville Civic Center Park for dinner and introductions to Maryland's business and government communities.Guests and speakers included Bradley Gillanwater of the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development; Kelly Schulz, Maryland State Delegate of District 4A ; Linda Thomson, President of Johnstown Area Regional Industries (JARI); Neil Romano, former Assistant Secretary for Disability Employment Policy of the Department of Labor; Dr. Yifan Zhai, President of Chinese Biopharmaceutical Association (CBA), and several other celebrated business leaders of the Frederick, MD and Johnstown, PA communities. By the end of the evening, everyone had expressed their enthusiasm about the outstanding business potential that had been discussed through the course of the evening.

In January 12, 2015, CaerVision Ameri—Asia LLC Group met with partners for Chinese health elderly care, with Peng Wei and Wang Yue Mei May, and shown around the company's headquarters.




Dr.Juliet Luo and Ms. Wenjia Fan from Caervision joined the party organizsed by the Student Organization on December 12, 2014. Dr. Luo had a pleasant conversation with the leader of Local CSSA from different school and expressed her desire to help students to not just find a job, but to achieve their dream career.



In the coming year of 2015, the company will actively seize new opportunities and develop the new market. This week, CTCI, LLC and Mr. Chen have discussed about the strategic partnership between US and China markets and how to develop a comprehensive cooperation plan in 2015. Both parties will work hard to satisfy the requirements of US-China market and to explore the market to a further extent. Both parties have strong confidence of the cooperation in 2015


This week, Mr. Ye has a business meeting with ICEE, LLC and discussed about the mutual cooperation plan in 2015. Two parties have expected together on the cooperation directions, projects and approaches in 2015. In the meanwhile, they have touched base on how to develop the markets in the two countries and how to explore further partnership





In the growing senior living market, the company has greatly utilized its advantages to build strategic partnership with Elderly Housing Development & Operations Corporation (EHDOC) to further expand the company’s influence in the U.S. The company’s Vitall, patient-wearable healthcare monitoring device could help the senior population improve patient outcomes, manage risks, improve patient satisfaction, reduce costs and increase profitability. The company’s scooter could also provide the old people with more flexible activity space and improve their lives. The company will further expand the senior living market and bring better products and services for the senior population

The management and sales team of the company attended 2014 LeadingAge Annual Meeting & Expo this week, which was held in Nashville, Tennessee, at the Music City Center during October
19-22.



Last week, investor Mr. Zhong from Guangxin, China paid a business visit to Ameri-Asia. During the visit, Mr. Zhong has visited Ameri-Asia's Health Tour Program and showed great interests on its innovative health concept. Mr. Zhong has asked about Ameri-Asia's genetic testing program and CNutra health care products as well. Mr. Zhong was also introduced to Ameri-Asia's D2M program and experienced D2M's advanced marketing model in the global market.



August 28, 2014 Mr. Ma and Mr. Huang, from Guangxi, China, paid a business visit to Ameri-Asia. During the visit, the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and E-commerce Director introduced company’s daily operations to Mr. Ma and Mr. Huang. On the same night, Mr. Ma and Mr. Huang joined a pleasant dinner with other two investors, Mr. Song and Ms. Li, from Shanxi,China.



August 5, 2014 The investor of Ameri-Asia, Mr. Wang, accompanied by his employees, visited his own joint venture company. Mr. Wang attentively listened to the report of current projects from his staff and made suggestion for the future work of JV.
