Simple, as strange as it sounds EFIR has an EXPIRED "revoked" business license since 2012, while MNVNs is current through May of 2015. This means EFIR is restricted from an R/S while MNVN is free to R/S at any time. From a business perspective, Alexander would be smart to R/S MNVN in order to squeeze more money from the stock. He could then use a small portion of those proceeds to fund EFIR business renewal or perhaps create yet another business entity. All without touching BOI. And for those who think EFIR is a registered corporation outside of Nevada, I have researched that and found that Alexander has filed documents with the CSE stating clearly that EFIR is a Nevada based corporation. Although operating with a "revoked" business license. GLTA!!
