R/S impact - initially there is no impact on cap value however if the stock now sells for $3.50 and we have no news to support it the shorts can easily have their day and knock the cap value from where its at $25mil in half. everyone that has been here awhile knows the company can generate 10mil in sales just based on anatabloc so if it does go that low I will be loading up. if a R/S is not passed then we get delisted and head to the OTC market. this may cause us to lose some more institutions we have already dropped from 119 to 72 and $32mil to 15 mil. coincidently the shorts have dropped in half also which may confirm that the hedge fund shorts get their loaner shares from the big institutions. this is my 1 post on this board since I guess I wasn't suppose to argue with nomo so headed to my corner!
