Low cost solar trackers are important in the reduced solar cost of the future. There is a strong demand for solar cost reduction innovation throughout all parts of the solar power system. Some examples include the less expensive solar trackers reducing the cost or the solar panels being made cheaper. It may take several years for every new generation of solar cells to be tested and reach the market. However, the MMMW solar tracker should be able to be in full production in 2015 as less testing and certification needs are required. Other areas of solar cost reduction is methods of racking the panels and the advancenmsnt of electrical components like the inverters and related equipment. Some new technology prevent voltage drop,across the solar power system in the events like shading or other situations where a particular panel not being able to produce the same as the other panels.
