The company hires consultants until more work is done internally. At this point, it looks like the company hires or outsource installers. The CEO gave his cell phone number for people to call him directly. Alot of times, potential customers may want to talk to the top people themselves. I know owners of companies who work directly with the customers and potential customers as a large part of their everyday business activities.
