While I disagree with your interpretation of "one skilled in the art" as it pertains to patents in general, and the Kryron patents specificity, I'm hoping that I am incorrect and you are correct so as to make invalid my concern of "John Bourque better make haste and file new Kryron patents that contain full and complete procedures and protocols [else] a successful reverse engineered Kryron sample will be patented and prevent Bourque Industries from making Kryron alloys."

Reference: "... [if] it would have been obvious for this fictional person [a person skilled in the art] to come up with the invention while starting from the prior art, then the particular invention is considered not patentable."
