Janice, what is a STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL......or anyone?

Either DKTS or Craig Huffman, or both filed this today, and we have a hearing scheduled for Monday @ 11:15. I email counsel a few minutes ago when I saw the filing, but likely won't hear anything until tomorrow.
