I think you may be right MDizzile.

I think this may be the calm before the storm.

I also think a lot is going to hinge on what (if anything) HEB can do in the next month leading up to their presentation of the USAMRIID work end of March to demonstrate corporate competence. Improving their corporate image and public perception cannot hurt in helping attract grant money (BARDA for example) and in greasing the skids some for the next run at approval by the FDA.

And they have to at least look like they are doing something to re-vitalize and clarify their production capacity. They may have the 'wonder drug' (or at least a wonder drug) - but they have to be able to produce it in quantity and quality in order for it to be useful and not just some really cool scientific oddity.
