No company is going to buy this company and their shares for $4 to the shareholders! The buyer will make them file a bankruptcy first, thus making all the common shares worthless. They'll give Mark and George some money and it will be over. Been through 2 corporate BK's and not once did the share holders get anything. And the funny part, they (share holders) all got on line complaining how they were mislead. Last company went from NASDAQ to OTC and the idiots couldn't see the BK coming!
