No bad news that we know of to drive the steep decline we have experienced over the past few weeks/months. On the contrary, the news has been quite positive with 2 new offices opening. They are growing just like they said they would and are cash flow positive. Problem is, if Jorge Andrade Jr decides to keep unloading his 10 million or so remaining shares, there is not enough buy interest to support the stock price. It will continue to go down until it is at a low enough price that buy interest begins to balance out all of the shares he is selling. Good news is, once he is finished selling (which might not be for a while), the stock should pop pretty hard. We will see.
