scam company is an SEC filer, therefore required to file 10K and 10Q's with the SEC

to not know this is just plain silly

Look for an SEC suspension of AVTC sometime in the near future


That's O.K. Otc stocks aren't required to file. They are very busy doing things that are going to bring in long term revenue streams. Anybody can file an unaudited report if they truly wanted to sucker investors. GO AVTC!! Are you gonna delete this post too.
