tough to say.. i think deal sooner rather than later and added accordingly.. but no way to tell for sure unless insider.. seems plausible though.. their is an external party involved as help

best case scenario is deal taking more time since complex (ie extensive or joint venture like)

Worst case= troubles getting 1km line going in dec/jan and therefor delay in the negotiations..

either way with two year over due..i think indeed its time

Just surprised me this has not been picked up by more funds yet prior to news momo that should come.
