I contacted Paul this morning, and as always, he replied to me in a very timely manner. I get very frustrated with MTVX and being down 99%, but Paul always answers me back (in a seemingly honest way) when I contact him. Here's his reply:

Hi Paul,
Just wanted to check in and see how things are at MTVX. I see we have a lot of convertible notes coming up and not enough shares to cover them. Is management going to be able to come up with a solution other than a reverse split? Thank you in advance for any feedback you can give me. :)

Paul:
I have had conversations with MTVX about this. I believe their strategy has merit and that this quiet period makes a lot of sense. At this point in time, IMHO, a reverse would make no sense.
