Tsai has no emails to prove she is owed back salary and should therefore be denied. However, the verdict is still out as to whether or not damages to Viropro have been directly caused by Tsai's actions/ineptitude/deceit (take your pick). I'm not certain how they can put a value on the damages done even if there was a judgement against.
If you go back to one of the original court transcripts, the judeg specifically tells Green to be careful of what her client is telling here as it may not be truthful and therefore putting her at risk (paraphrasing of course but I don't have time to pull the exact line, maybe later I will).
I would expect a motion for judgment to be filed by Akerman shortly given the recent filings.
I'll see if I can find anything on the Montana suit, but it may not be public.
