Cyclone Power Technologies Inc. Progress Report

POMPANO BEACH, FL, February 21, 2015. Cyclone Power Technologies Inc. (OTCQB: CYPW), developer of the all-fuel, clean-tech Cyclone Engine, progresses into 2015 with the completion of the spinoff of the waste to power subsidiary and the focus for manufacturing, license and distribute. Cyclone is pleased with the goals that have been met to date and the future of the Cyclone Engines.

The Combilift Engines for our customer in Ireland is on its final testing on the dyno and will be ready for shipping when the testing is completed
. This will generate the first delivery of the pre-production of the Mark 5 Cyclone Engine for Fork Lifts.. This Cyclone external combustion engine is very important in meeting the stringent emissions for multi-requirements in the 52 countries that Combilift sells equipment

Cyclone has just received the pre-production parts for 10 Mark 1 Engines and they are in the process of being assembled. Once the components are assembled they will go through a stringent testing process. Thereafter they will be shipped to licensees and OEM's to be integrated into various systems. Cyclone's engineering team is working with these licensees and OEM's to make the integration as smooth and successful as possible.

Cyclone has entered into negotiations with a management consulting team who has expertise in rapid growth, and transition management. They take a Hands-on leadership approach and bring expertise in: business operations, financial management and compliance, asset and investment recovery, product and market development, strategic partnership development, strategic outsourcing, equity/investor acquisition and strategic business consolidation and realignment. As Cyclone enters the final stages of testing of its products we believe that the timing is appropriate to introduce this expertise to take the company into the next growth phase.

The LSR car is still an ongoing project for Cyclone
The Cyclone Mark 5 engine is mounted in the car and awaiting the final safety gear and assembly. Pending the donation of safety gear the car will be subject to test and performance runs. We are all excited to see this and want this to occur very soon. http://www.TeamSteamUSA.com

As a final note, Cyclone is pleased to see that the business model of WHE Generation which is now called Q2Power Corp. and our licensee Phoenix Power Group is progressing as planned with the testing in Ohio. Recently Phoenix Power put out a release and video showing Cyclone engine Technology working on a testing system. All of our officers and directors have been hard at work forging ahead with plans for long term funding, new business development, and strategies to strengthen our company that add value for our shareholders. We look forward to big things to come."
