It's definitely dependent on the lock coming off,Eddie can't do squat to this FRAUD unless that happens. But if it happens I still think Eddie will split this POS and then off to the races again with a new sector SHAM. But...he can't operate with 12B shares in the OS,he'll have to do a 1 for 100 RS which has never bothered him in the least.

People who own this POS are really had,they can't get rid of shares now and then they'll lose another 90-99% of their money when he splits the stock and it drops like a rock from one cent. Hey...they were warned and warned.
