furthermore all in the llc is not hiden...just protected and cant be touched by somebody and they have an uphill battle to prove their case,just because one wizzes and moans dosent mean they are entitled to anything but like the song goes...cant touch this ;) so if that defendant has things in an llc nothing can be done even if a judgement was on them...they aren't hiding anything,everything is out in the open just cant tough it,but idiots wiz/moan and I think its funny...I would be surprised if he dosent have his things in an llc,its the smart move...think il go make donuts or something something...example if somebody hits and runs a child,he is a spineless killer...he would be a total idiot not to have his things in an llc so his things are protected in case the rightful injured party comes after him...as they should,but he can sit back and do nothing and be fine,as unfair as it may seem that's the law...he didn't hide anything,thats what offshore things are for all mine are right here,untouchable unless I distribute...for 7 years anybody can wait it out,the laws in those states are clear about it.
