The majority holders have a lot invested in this shell. As long as they continue to hold, then it's all good. Transfer agent still getting paid. Whether or not Telogis is the ultimate beneficiary of the shell makes absolutely no difference to me. Fact is, they could have tax written this thing off YEARS ago. If that changes, then I'll worry ;)
